All excursions, tours and services booked with Catch a Vacation are subject to the rules and regulations set by the Turkish Travel Agencies as well as the recently updated Consumer Protection Laws to comply with European Union Consumer Rights Law standards.
Payment
You can pay for the tour online with a credit card on our website, and you also have the option to pay in cash on the spot. Payment is due upon arrival, inclusive of VAT. Cancellation of the tour is made no later than 24 hours.
Booked tour changes
We always strive to best meet the needs and expectations of our customers, so we try to display tours and services on our website as accurately as possible. However, due to some unavoidable circumstances, Catch a Vacation reserves the right to make changes to part of the program or the entire program without prior notice.
Refunds for cancellations made by us
If a tour is canceled by Catch a Vacation, we are obligated to refund the actual prices of the tours you have already paid for, and nothing more.
Refunds for cancellations made by you
For cancellations earlier than 24 hours before the start of the tour, you will receive a full refund. For cancellations made on the day of the tour, or less than 24 hours before the start, we will try to refund you, but in most cases a refund will not be possible.
Changes to booked tours made by you
If you want to change the date of your tour or replace the booked tour with another available one, you must inform us at least 24 hours before the actual start time of the tour. We will do our best to help you with an alternative tour and we will not charge you extra for this service.
Passports and visas
If you booked a tour to Greece from Turkey, you must have a valid passport and visa with you.
